Student Attainment & Progress

Overview

Within Lincolnshire Wolds Federation we hold high standards and expectations that all young people will reach their full potential and are thus supported to overcome barriers to life long learning, through timely and effective intervention. Within LWF, one such intervention is the use of a comprehensive progression tracking system which allows us to target specific interventions where they are needed, as well as supporting the review of teaching and learning to ensure we maximize excellent approaches and share best practice.

We use both retrospective and active progress tracking to ensure that we not only support progress throughout the year for individual students but identify the progress of groups of students such as looked after children, gender groups, subject groups, year groups and pupil premium at the end of each school year, with the expectation that all students will achieve expected or better than expected progress.
