SCHOOL CLEANER

Grade 1 - £15,014 to £15,246 pro rata per annum.  16 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

We are seeking an experienced cleaner to support our current site team at St Lawrence School, Horncastle.

Our ideal candidate will be a hardworking, co-operative individual who can maintain high standards of cleanliness withing the school and will play a key part in maintaining and improving our whole school environment.

The role will be Monday to Friday working 16 hours per week for 40 weeks per year.  38 of those weeks are term time dates with the other 2 weeks being covered during school holiday periods to provide additional / deep cleaning as required.

BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

Grade 3 Point 6 - £15,807 pro rata per annum, 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy office/school environment, be able to provide an efficient and professional administration service for all stakeholders, be able to work as part of a team and also have the initiative to work alone.  This is a varied role dealing with a range of different people such as teachers, parents and carers and local authority representatives.

This role will have a focus on the Education Health Care Plan process within the Federation, providing essential administrative support to ensure the process meets all requirements.

The duties and responsiblities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Providing an efficient administration service to suppor the EHCP process
  • Dealing with email, telephone and internal enquiries
  • Working to specific deadlines
  • Taking minutes at meetings involving a range of professionals, parents and carers
  • Working as part of the Business Support Team
